Unlike PC's which have have instant accessibility to internal components, laptops do not. Each one will have been intricately designed, and are more challenging to deconstruct and construct back together. Some components will be generic and easily available, but most will be machine dependent, and in some cases extremely difficult and / or expensive to source.

For these reasons, repair costs and part costs are generally much higher than that of a PC. We aim to keep this cost down as much as possible by being flexible on our repair cost.

Our qualified technicians can repair your laptop no matter what make or model it is, however older machines may not have avaiable parts and in some cases it may be uneconomical to repair.

When we undertake a laptop repair, we operate a no fix no fee policy, so even if it takes hours to source the problem and you decide it isn't worth repairing - we will not charge for that.
