- We provide all manner of I.T services - think of us as your personal I.T department.
- No hourly rates - we have always used a flat fee policy and we have not increased our prices in over 4 years!
- No Fix - No Fee, not that it ever happens - there isn't anything we can't solve, but it's there just incase
- FREE collect and return service within 20 mile radius of Exeter - we do not charge extra to get to you
- Remote Support FREE for 30 mins for all existing customers, where and when you need it.
- All parts we supply are at cost - it gives you better value and makes our accounting easier - everyone wins!

- Call Out's (up to 3 hours) - £45, 6 Hours - £60
- Remote Support - FREE 30 mins, then £15 per 30 mins after
- PC Hardware Repairs - £45 (plus parts)
- Laptop Repairs - £65 (plus parts)
